Shipping

All orders will be shipped within 30 days of purchase (Some orders may take longer during busy periods. International orders may also take longer).

 Collection

All items can be collected from the Liverpool Guild reception; please bring proof of purchase with you.

You can select collect or delivery at checkout.

 Liverpool Guild of students returns policy

Refunds are available for clothing & gifts that are returned within 28 days of receipt with proof of purchase. All items must be re-sellable with clothing unworn & unwashed. Exchanges can be made in person onsite but unfortunately postal exchanges will not be accepted.

If you are returning an item by post please enclose a short note with your name, address, order number and why you are returning the item. Our Address is:

 Returns in person to our shop are free of charge but unfortunately we cannot offer free postal returns. We are not responsible items that are lost in the post so we would recommend using a postal service which insures the value of the package. (Please note that any import or customs duties incurred when returning your item is the responsibility of the customer).

Once we have received the item we will process the refund within 10 working days (unfortunately we can’t refund the delivery charge). Please allow 5 working days for the payment to appear on your bank statement.
