Made To Order Products: Terms And Conditions
A number of items on our website are made to order. This includes all Print on Demand clothing and accessories.
Made to order items are identified as such on the product page. Made to order items include, but are not limited to, “Class of” collection and “Alumni Collection”. These items are not stocked instore and are made to order by external suppliers. When you place an order for one of these items it is sent directly to the supplier, who will make the item and ship it directly to you.
Returns
As these items are Made to Order, we cannot accept returns or refunds unless the item is faulty. We strongly recommend you check the sizing guide for these products with care to ensure you are purchasing the correct size.
Shipping
As these items are made to order and shipped separately from any stock items in your order, we need to charge additional shipping fees for these items.

- UK Delivery: £4.50
- EU Delivery: £7
- Rest of the World Delivery: £7.50

In a very small number of cases where we are unable to ship to a country, it's normally due to the ability of our couriers or payment processing partners in that territory, or the availability of other services that we require to operate in that country effectively.

We are unable to offer to ship to a country on a one-off basis, or change territories by request.
